WHAT YOU CAN DO
Getting a tenant into LeaseLoft takes a single action: enter their email address and send an invite. LeaseLoft generates a secure, time-limited invite link and emails it directly to the tenant. No manual account setup, no passwords to share.
New tenants click the link, set their own password, and their account is created automatically. The invite system handles the relationship between landlord and tenant — existing tenants who receive an invite get a direct login link instead of a registration form.
Invite tokens expire after 48 hours and can only be used once. If a tenant misses the window, you can re-invite them from the dashboard in seconds.

HOW IT WORKS
From the tenant management section, enter the tenant's email address. LeaseLoft creates a pending relationship and generates a secure invite token.
The tenant gets an email with a time-limited registration link. They click it, set a password, and their account is ready.
