LeaseLoft Feature

Document Management

Upload and store files directly in LeaseLoft — associated with a specific property or tenant.

THE PROBLEM

Why this matters

Property documents end up scattered across email attachments, cloud drives, and filing cabinets. Finding the right inspection report or lease copy means searching multiple places every time.

Here's how LeaseLoft solves it →

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Built for the way landlords work

LeaseLoft lets you store files directly alongside the records they belong to. Upload PDFs, images, and office documents and associate them with a property or a specific tenant. Documents are stored securely and accessible at any time from within the property or tenant record.

Each file can be up to 10 MB. The document storage limit depends on your plan tier — Free users get 5 documents, Starter gets 50, and Pro gets unlimited. The plan limit is tracked in real time so you always know how much storage you have left.

Keeping documents in LeaseLoft means your lease agreements, inspection reports, and tenant ID copies are always in context — no more hunting through email attachments or shared drives.
